have you heard of the poem, life's brief candle by Shakespeare?
it is about life.
how brief it is.
how short time passes.
how things are wayyyy different back then,
and the outcome of life is totally not what you ever imagined.

life is.
very very short.
very very brief.
now it's ramadhan.
i thought i just had my last ramadhan last month.
and how fast i am growing older. day by day.

just yesterday
we had this serious laughter in unit 5
and illegally we brought handphones when we were in form 2
and diyana was the culprit.
yes,
and she's the first of the closest friend to get married.

i went to sue and farid's engagement

and now they are happily married for -/+ 4 months
and invited us to their lovely home

seems like it's just yesterday,
we had some totally out of the world's conversations
in dayah and bai's room
with the laughter from mars
and the very popular 'love sucks' motto from bai
and now she's married for a couple of months.

and shared a bed with her after a long night of talking

Bj Kurung Adv. #1. the end of six years

well, to start, here's a glimpse of what this adventure is all about.

yes. this adventure is about my convocation.
the end of six years, the beginning of many years ahead.
forget about the heat of the day (and we were wearing robes some more<---so manglish).
forget about the mortarboard that kept falling off my head before i went onto the stage.


nothing could ever describe how we felt.
yes, after a long six years
this is the outcome of us.
blue robes, pink muffler, mortar boards, families, friends, laughter, bouquets of flowers and teddys, smiles.

wow.
we did it.

guys, this was a very long adventure.
(and mostly i was in baju kurung :P)
the adventure worth going thru.
congratulations, cohort 2 and TESL UPSI.
to my beloved encik mat, thanks for sharing the big day wif me :)

well, my blog has been a random blog since i created it back in 2007.
and the title was always the baju kurung adventure.
and from now on, to make a change (not a major one)
i'll post my entries about the BK adv.
well, of course i would accompany my entries with non-adventure entries such as poems, stuff bout bebudak (uf u read previous entry u noe what this is), and others.
the BK adv is just addition, very relevant towards the title of my blog.
so wait for my next adventure, starting today. (i'm going to upsi to get my real scroll and giving back the robes)

BK adventure will go through even small adventures, be it, shopping, pasar malam, travel back to langkawi, makan-makan, and many other tiny or big adventures i go thru.
hope this will be a good start for my career in writing :)

4 Sains Pertanian

Salam
ari ni first day of Ramadhan.
selamat mengumpul pahala kepada semua pembaca setia dan rakan-rakan!

ngee,
taim raya adalah taim seronok. taim posa, kalau dulu kat labu besar seronok jalan-jalan kat kampung nk gi terawih dengan bebudak asrama yang aktif cam lipas dan comel macam gasing.
siap main bunga api lagi.
besh!

tapi tak berapa nak seronok jugak la sebab gaji pun bulan 10 baru dapat.
hidup tanpa gaji ni tonggang tebalik sikit. wakaka.
takpelah
pasni ai akan bayar hutang mamaku hokei.

nak cerita pasal satu kelas yang ai ajar ni.
mereka adalah sangat nakal macam hantu kacang kalau diajak bersembang
aduhai sampai tahun depan pun tak habis.
biasala, kita bersembang pun mana penah habis.
tapi dilayan diorang ni seronok jugak.

ada sorang budak laki laki
namanya nizar, sume orang panggey jat je
mak aih mulut, ngalahkan pempuan.
tanya soalan macam-macam, sikit-sikit dia tanya.
tapi bila tanya maksud important decision,
dia sorang je yang dapat jawabnye.
bebaru ni dia paling tinggi dalam kalangan boys untuk markah english ujian selaras 2.
54% (ini adalah dikira pencapaian yang cukup cantik untuk kelas form4 ke-3 di SMK Ayer Hangat hokei)

budak pempuan paling tinggi adalah mya,
63% (ini jugak sangat tinggi bagi diorang hokei)
budaknya sangatlah banyak cakap, akan tetapi bukan pengawas dan bukan juga orang penting ke ape ke.
hehe.
memang budak nakal dan bising ada talent suka or pandai b.i. kan? (merujuk ke ai lah tu)

pastu ramai gak la yang fail.
ai ada tanya kak munirah (senior teacher) berapa markah phail, and she said
sekolah ni 35%
wtf?
(bukan mengutuk tapi ini terlalu rendah hokei!)
tolongla
dulu sekolah ai 49% dah phail.
add math bawah 40%.
cesh.
manja tui bebudak neh.
so ai set a new rule untuk bebudak.
"my class, failure starts at 39. no matter what anyone ever said before, my passing mark would be 40. and if i still teach you in form 5, i'll increase it to 50. geddit?"

bebudak sume dah mengeluh. "ala, teacher..."
what "ala"?

korang ni tak reti susah langsung.
dulu ai susah taw nak dapat markah lebih 50. hampeh. hehe.

dan dengan penuh rasa zalim dan kejam ai pun mendenda mereka yang phail.
ada 5 orang kot yang kene hari tu, sebab lagi 18 orang tak datang. 11 orang je yang ada dalam kelas.
(gila kan bebudak situ?)

ai suruh diorang junjung paper kertas yang diorang phail tu, jalan sepanjang koridor tingkat atas.
reaksi bebudak?
"malu lar teacher" sambil gelak-gelak sengih.
"ah, takdek. jalan cepat!"
aku gelak je sambil diorang bergelak sakan menjunjung kertas dan berjalan.
bebudak sekelas yang len sume tumpang tengok dan gelak.

dah habis sesi denda
ai warning pulak.
"lepas ni i ask you all tawaf bilik guru, for those who fail. boleh?"
"boleh teacher!!!!" sambil bersorak riang campur gerun bebudak.

yang paling aku tergelak ialah bila aku bagitau si am (salah sorang antara bebudak, dan orang yang paling lawak suka buat aku ketawa kuar ayer mata)
"awak phail. kena denda"
"yes!!!!!" jawabnya am.
"why yesss?"
"markah saya lebih daripada yang dulu. heeeeheeee."
fyi, markah am kali ini ialah 25. tengok. betapa gembiranya bebudak bila pencapaian lebih sikit kan?

lepas tu ai bincang soklan.
yang malehnya, aktiviti seperti ini mengundang mengantuk jadi ai selit la ngan contoh2 dan cerita menarik.
amboi bebudak.
bila ai buat kelas ada lagu miley cyrus takde sorang pun ngantuk.
bila more akademik sikit, mula lah layu mata. aduyai.
last tu, dah habis bincang soklan ai pun sembang hati ke hati.
terkeluar la cerita ai selalu dok fly gi mapley and fly gi penang
(berapa kali je pun taim form 4&5)
"teacher, tengok, teacher pun nakai macam kami gak. kan teacher?"
(fyi, bebudak selalu kantoi rokok and ponteng kelas lepak kat umah orang kampung)
"ala, i nakal, tapi i tetap nak belajar. you all pun kena la macam tu."
bebudak senyum je. mungkin tak tau nak balas ape kot.

last-last i pesan
"sume korang impian besar-besar, nak bawak mak ayah gi haji la, nak ada superbike la (aku tanya apa impian diorang semalamnya), tapi apa yang korang buat? hm, i just hope you guys will proof to me you are worth it. don't just complain, do nothing and blame cikgu2 kalau kene denda. you do your part and we'll do ours. then everything will be just fine"

"teacher nak sangat tengok korang berjaya, capai impian tu, jadi orang berguna, hidup lebih senang. boleh tak korang tunjuk kat teacher?"

bebudak senyum tunduk macam nak nangis.
