review : tudung

all 3 tudungs are my favourite :)
firstly, my akad nikah tudung. all DIY by mama. the syria inner, the awning, the beading, the lace, the outer, the veil. all mum's work. sy menumpang ke kreativiti mama. nak tempah? boleh je :)

tudung untuk resepsi juga sepenuhnya DIY by my mama :) the syria inner my mama jahit (and we sell them too), the beadings the lace, the outer chiffon the veil, all done by mama. senang dapat mama yang creative ni :)

 
cantik tak? hihi. semua ni idea from my mama. well, she got those magical hands kan.. i sangat puas hati. and, i tak pakai crown! because i  don't like crowns, i like simplicity. so tertunai hajat, because the beadings pun dah cukup menarik bagi i :)
for my groom's side, i bought a shawl from Jakel Jalan TAR 3rd floor. actually Jakel byk sgt pilihan beaded shawl. this one I cari 3 days before I bertolak ke Kedah. Kalau I tau dr awal i dah beli kat sane, hihihi :) and I bought mine for rm130. cheap enough for me. before that Milah and I went to Ariani and mak datinnn, the price? rm700 above! yang I berkenan rm1500! terbeliak biji mata sekejap. hihi. so I trus grab je yang from Jakel tu :) pilihan memang banyak :)

 

 

hihi :) that's all about my hijabs. masa bertandang ni I cakap kat my MUA taknak crown so she put the spider thingi on my head which is unique sebab dia sampai dahi :P oh yeah, the boutique for the groom's side is Berjaya Image, City Plaza Alorsetar :)

review : hand bouquets

hai and salam :) Nani dah tukar layout blog but sume link orang dah terdelete the widgets. nemind. nanti Nani buh balik melalui blog yang Nani follow :) anyways nak review bunga tangan Nani yang awesooommmmeee habis :) I love sangat-sangat sebab semuanya ada specialty tersendiri.

Bunga Tangan Nikah
This Bunga tangan was requested by me kat MUA nikah I, kak Meera Makeover and for RM50, she did a tremendous job. kemas, lovely and besar! I suke, my mom pun suke :) sangat pas hati, bunganya pun kaler yang menarik gitu. I requested for pink, tp it was beyond my expectation :) thanks kak meera :)

Bunga Tangan reception Ampang

bunga tangan ni special sangat! It was made by BisikBisik design  dengan penuh susah payah jugak because i first customer yang mintak button hand bouquet! and sume orang sangat suka and puji sangat2 :) i pun sangat happy sebab sume orang puji. so click la kat link tu if you nak tempah button handbouquet. easy, I google contoh then send to her, dia buat siap. Reminder, cost untuk button bouquet agak tinggi ye, sebab ade button yang kene order here and there. It costed me RM100. tapi for me, it's really worth it. Dahla boleh simpan sampai bila-bila :) i suke!

review : make-ups

salam :) actually I wanted to review on my dress first but well, I couldn't find the right picture to paste here so here goes my make up review. well, this review will be updated, for another make up session for my bertandang this 9th june :)

Solemnization make-up
actually I have hired someone else for my solemnization make-up but since my date and time of akad nikah changed I have to hire orang lain. so, kesimpulannya, duit booking untuk first MUA burn. nangis. Alhamdulillah la rm100 je. kalau rm200? double nangis. so i managed to get a new MUA, last minute, online. you see, I really depend a lot online tau. Sume MUA online. haha. Good thing la FB ni. hihik. so, malas cakap panjang, Meera Makeover ni la MUA nikah I. kak meera ni kecik je orgnye. tak dapat imagine ble tgk fb dia hihi. tp dia wat keje kemas and teliti sgt. and she's patient, tak banyak cakap. a good MUA :) tengok la hasilnya :)

Reception (my side) make-up

I chose kak Emma from Emma Pesona (FB name : EmmaPesona Studio). this is my favorite! her make up is natural :) i memang sangat puas hati n everyone puji sgt2. kesimpulannya highly recommended! ade satu time tu kak emma tersilap buh fake eyelashes, she went ' eh, senget plak'. then she took it out, letak balik, then did her wonders. sangat selambe kan? suke tau mekap ni. sampai hari ni tak boleh lupa her touch :) pricey sikit (for me la, org lain i tak tau), tapi worth it! Alhamdulillah Nani dapat harga lama sebab booking dia awal sangat! a year before (lepas tunang terus booking). and, Nani memang taknak pakai crown segala, I nak simple je. Alhamdulillah, dia faham and mekap dia compliments everything. hihi. banyak pulak testimoni pasal kak emma ni. u ol nilai sendiri lah from my pictures :)

happiness is the greatest gift from God

Never say that you are not happy with what you have now. Be it, your career, your family, your friends, your spouse, your problems, you financial matters, be happy with them. I know, you'll say "easy for you to say, Nani, you just got a husband to hug at nights". But don't get me wrong, being happy is the way to get over things. When I was caught up with so many things to handle in school, I often whine, asking my colleagues "why it's always me?" until they get annoyed. A friend in school told me to just smile and do the task, be positive and think it as an obligation. I did and it felt better when I stopped whining. I just realised I whine all the time. I whine when I saw any letters in my pigeon hole (letters usually signify 'meeting' or 'talk' or 'courses'), I whine when my students asked for words, for 'A Word a Day Program', I whine when I was asked to go there or everywhere. admit it. We Malaysians whine all the time. It's our nature.

Now I learn from my husband that whining is not going to fix things. He whines a lot too. But to me only. I always reminded him this and that and he'll stop the whining. So now, I'll only whine to him. Because he's mine and he cares. He doesn't mind it and it takes time for him to get annoyed with me, in fact, he cannot be annoyed with me or I'll frown the whole day. haha. I am using my husband, for the good purpose.

so ladies and gentlemen out there. stop whining. you can do this! whenever you wanted to whine just zikir some Subhanallah Walhamdulillah, Walailahaillallah Wallahuakbar. I hope you'll feel better. I did this when I wore the inai a  night before my solemnization. Every part of my body is so itchy and no one was there to ease the itchiness so I started zikir then fell asleep :P haha.

I am happy right now. to be given the chance to be with him. Alhamdulillah. Allah has answered my prayers. we'll go through thick and thin, together, yeah b? :')
